She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayes German and Doris German (Yates); her husband George Simek; and her brother Warren German (Bud). She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Simek of Wakeman, OH and David Simek (Pamela) of Burnsville, NC; her grandchildren, Nikita McCann (Devon), Cheynoa Summers, Dyami Simek, Matthew Simek (Tiffany) and Brett Simek (Abby); and her sister-in-law Rita German. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
