He was predeceased by: his son Michael Hahn; his siblings, Ronald, James Hahn and Tamara Everett; and his parents, Raymond Hahn and Helen Hahn.

He is survived by: his son James "Jim" Hahn (Amanda Jones) of Elyria; his grandchildren, Declan Jones-Hahn and Auden Jones-Hahn; and his sisters, Gerri Hardwick (Raymond) of Wellington and Denise Johannsen (Jon) of Birmingham.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Friendship Animal Protective League at 8303 Murray Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035 .
