He is survived by: his wife Sandy DeVore; his children, Rex Hall of Big Prairie, Jayne Miller (Robert) of Lugoff, SC and Annie Baker (Chris) of Big Prairie; and his siblings, Romana Weese of Mt. Vernon, Judy Moore (Duane) of Lexington, OH and Rick Hall of Danville.
