He is survived by: his parents, Douglas W. Shultz and Rebecca J. Shultz (Hardesty) of Millersburg; his sister Casie Kessinger (Dustin) of Millersburg; his nephew Brady Kessinger; his niece Zoee Snow; his sister-in-law Michele Snow; his mother-in-law Cindie Hoffman; and his aunts, Susan McClure of Hayesville and Leta Wisner of Wooster.
