He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Russell and Mildred Lucy Dial (Kinsey); and his sister Helen Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Larry E. Dial (Jill) of Big Prairie, Christy L. Russell (Logan) of Howard, Wendy L. Zollars of Millersburg, Rusty J. Dial (Diana) of Glenmont and Cory D. Miller (Sheri) of Holmesville; his brother James R. Dial (Carole) of Glenmont; and his friend Sharon Kline. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren with one more on the way; 12-step great-grandchildren.
