He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Franks and Bertha A. Franks (Arnold); and his brother-in-law Jim Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Craddock; his children, Jason Franks (Jillian), Alicia Zaugg (Brian), Deanne Norman and Nathaniel Franks (Lynn); his grandchildren, Allison, Caleb, Emma Jane Franks, Alexander, Leah Zaugg, Bryce, Brayden, Brody Franks, Zachary, Isaac, Conner Norman and Bryar Franks; and his siblings, Shirley Hubbard of Wooster, Chet Franks (Linda) of Shreve, Becky Franks (Harry) of Millersburg and Mike Franks (Tanya) of Coshocton.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Chili Crossroads Bible Church.
