He was predeceased by: his grandson Seth Starner; and his brothers, Richard, Ray and Clayton Rock. He is survived by: his children, Susan Gamertsfelder (Chad) of Millersburg, Dr. Tamara Scott of Hebron, Karen Starner of Big Prairie and Forest Rock of Big Prairie; his grandchildren, Michael Snyder (Mallory), Drew Starner (Amy), Steven Jenkins, Shawn Johnson (Jill), Cory Jenkins, Amber Johnson (Patrick), Darel Starner (Becky), Austin Scott and Colista Gamersfelder; and his siblings, James Rock (Marilyn) of Millersburg, Howard Rock of Zanesville and Carol Rock Taylor of Charlotte, NC.. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
