He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kay Cornell; his children, Kim McIntire, Kelly Shaw (Christopher) and Kevin Dale McIntire; his granddaughter Jessica Green (Brandon); his great grandchild Abigail Green; and his sister Carol Bordner.
