He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Hurt Howard; his children, Andy Howard of Parkersburg, WV and Diane Jordan (Jaime) of Bidwell, OH.; his grandchildren, Maddison, Morgan, Taylor, Jadein Howard, Corey Law, Cameron McCoy, Arianna and Aleesha Jordan; his great grandchildren, Zayden and Maddix; and his siblings, Clarence Howard (Judy) and Hazel Young of Dayton, OH..
