He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Phillips (Bob), Mildred and Holzer Gregory. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Phillips and Bonnie Phillips of Bidwell; his son Timothy A. Phillips III of Bidwell; his fiancée Karen Gibbs of Hartford; his sister Harmony Phillips (Tim Jones) of Oak Hill, Ohio; his grandparents, Clester and Virginia Tackett of Vinton, Ohio; his close friends, Bob Oehler (Carly) and Kelly Counts (Paula); and his pet Nala. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to help with expenses.
