He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Ragan and Florence Ragan (Roush); and his brother Paul Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Marjory "Sue" Knight; his sons, Thomas Victor Ragan and Russell Todd Ragan (Kara); his grandchildren, Dillon Ragan (Alivia) of Bidwell, Austin Ragan (Mya) of Bidwell, Lauren of Bidwell, Ian of Bidwell, Judson of Bidwell and Nolan Ragan of Bidwell; and his sister Joan Stewart of Xenia.
