She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Benjamin and Helen Shipley Benjamin; her husband Larry W. Elkins, Sr.; and her sisters, Sharon Jacobi and Patricia Launder.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Spires (Mark) of Gallipolis, Ohio and Steve Tyson (Vickie) of Struthers, Ohio; her stepsons, Larry Elkins, Jr. (Theresa) of Columbus, Ohio and Leslie Elkins (Michele) of Columbus, Ohio; her siblings, Becky Launder of Findlay, Ohio and Jim Launder (Tammy) of Findlay, Ohio; and her half-brothers, David and Jerry Benjamin of Michigan. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
