She is survived by: her daughter Christina Wellington; her siblings, Blanche Eloise Wellington of Gallipolis, Ohio, Steven Eugene Wellington of Gallipolis, Ohio, Sandra Jo Stephens of Gallipolis, Ohio, Laura Eddy (Wayne) of Gallipolis, Ohio and Tammy Sue Mayes (Mark) of Gallipolis, Ohio; and her close friend Ralph Jones. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
