She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Waugh and Vernoka White Waugh; her brother Gary Waugh; and her sister-in-law Dawn Waugh. She is survived by: her husband Freel Tackett; her children, Bret Tackett (Karen), Carl Tackett (Missy), Penny Justice (Rex) and Christopher Tackett (Jody); her grandchildren, Brent Tackett (Karen), Susan Guy (Steve), Joe Justice (Crystal), Casee Harris (Brent), Jenny Blake, Zach Tackett (Amber), Travis Tackett and Kody Lambert; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Alec Tackett, Alden Guy, Jerah, Jace, Jansen, Jadah Justice, Harper Harris and Holden Tackett; her brother Allen Waugh (Doris); her nephew Shawn Waugh; and her caregivers, Linda and Jessie. She is also survived by her family, friends.
