She was predeceased by: her parents, Merril Caldwell and Alice Caldwell (Bush); her husband Sam Holstein; her son Paul Holstein; and her sister Marilyn Stormer.

She is survived by: her son Chris Holstein; and her siblings, Barbara Johnson (Roland), Alice King, Kenneth Caldwell (Norma), Merril "Bubby" Caldwell, Linda Caldwell and Janet Racer (Mark). She is also survived by one granddaughter and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
