He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Kaye Parsley; and his stepfather Ray Surber. He is survived by: his father Roger Dale Meade of Vinton; his daughter Rita Meade (Brian); his brothers, Greg Hall (Amy) of Bidwell and Robbie Hall (Melissa) of Bidwell; and his grandchildren, Laylani, Keithdon, Malaya and Brynlee. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
