He was predeceased by: his grandfather Stanley; his mother Eloise Laymon; and his siblings, David Belville, Debra Laymon and Pamela Laymon.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith Belville; his sons, David Belville (Amy) and Jeremy Belville; his grandchildren, Emily Greene (Garrett), Ellie Belville and Caden Belville; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Smith (Ernestine), Glenna Boston (Garland), Shirley Rogers and Lynda Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
