Laywell, Jr. of Bidwell and Madge "Missy" Montell (Shamblin) of Pataskala, Ohio.; his son Braven Jay Laywell; and his siblings, Blaise Laywell (Mykie), Ashley Marie of Columbus and Kali Montell of Pataskala. He is also survived by three nephews and four nieces.
