He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Murray Ross of Bidwell; his son Richard Allen Ross of Newport, KY; and his sisters, Sharon Cummons (William) of North Hillard and Carolyn Grimmette of Gallipolis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
