He was predeceased by: his father Earl Mont; his wife Brenda Sue Morgan Roberts; his grandson Noah Rushford; and his siblings, Melvin, Max, Charles "Buddy" Roberts and Rebecca "Janie" Merry.
He is survived by: his children, James "Craig" Roberts (Joanne), Paulette Flinner (Frank), Bernitta "Nittie" Goodwin (Tracy) and Michael Anthony Roberts; his grandchildren, Zach Roberts (Cassie), Riley, Shayna Rushford, Derek Taylor (Tara Hawkins), Drew Goodwin and Jenna Pearson (Dalton); his siblings, Carl "Frank" Roberts and Helen Copeland (Don); his friends, Janelle Hitchcock, Carolyn Mourning and Sandy Smith-Ellcessor; and also Tayler Bradbury Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and family friends.
