It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny J. Moore of Bidwell, Ohio, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Cochran and Edna M. Cochran (Clary); her spouse Opie Eugene Moore, Jr.; her siblings, Patricia Mae Cochran, Charles Eugene Cochran, Raymond Franklin Cochran, Ronald Francis Cochran and Jerry Joe Cochran; and her friends, Cheryl Jean Cochran and Ellis Carr Barrett.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Leonard of Bidwell; her granddaughters, Danielle Leonard of Bidwell and Erica Leonard of Bidwell; and her siblings, Pamela Saunders (Ron) of Waterloo, Ohio, Marvin Cochran (Wanda) of Columbus, Ohio and Earl Cochran of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
