He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Eugene and Hazel Salome Hanning (Cunningham); and his brother Harold Keith Hanning. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Hanning (Brown) of Bidwell; his children, Walter Keith Hanning of Bidwell, Jodi Lynn Norman (Winston) of Des Plaines, IL. and Erica Hazel Hoover (Aaron) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Dr. Erin Li, Devon Hanning, Jenna Rose Hanning, Elizabeth Hoover, Hannah Hoover and Jase Hoover; and his great grandchild Lena Kahn.
