He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Ray and Etta Jo Halfhill (Fitch); and his siblings, Hershel Halfhill and Margie Wheaton. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Oxyer Halfhill; his stepchildren, Brynn Martin of Bidwell, Ohio and Brandon Martin of Bidwell, Ohio; his grandchildren, McKenzie Martin and Kenzleigh Shaver; his siblings, Rankin Halfhill and Rhonda Rainey; and his brother-in-law Kenny Wheaton.
