He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Toler (Thomas) and Andrew Toler; his wife Patricia J. Toler; his children, Matthew A. Toler (Amy) and Patricia A. Luckeydoo (Will); his grandsons, Rees and Myles Toler; his siblings, Janet Browning (Don) of Bidwell and Ron Toler (Terri) of Bidwell; and his grandparents, Maurice and Marie Thomas. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, Private Graveside services will be conducted at the convenience of the family with no visitation to be held.
