He is survived by: his wife Donna Simpson Wedemeyer of Bidwell, Ohio; his daughters, Shari Wooten (Tom) of Port Charlotte, Lisa Burleson (David) of Gallipolis and Amy Wahl (Jeff) of Gallipolis; his grandson Lawrence Wedemeyer (Emily) of Ona; his stepchildren, Lisa Baker (David) of Gallipolis, Monica Hartley (Orland) of Parkersburg, Jason Coleman (Jennifer) of Oak Hill and Jessica Adkins (Braxton); and his sister Lottie Lou Long of Gallipolis. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
