She is survived by: her children, William A. Henry, Jr., Janet Hughes, Gwendolyn Smith (Herbert) and Sandra Mitchell; her grandchildren, Charles Lewis, William Henry III, Crystal Cousins, Jacquelyn Smith-Jovic, Anita Smith, Keith Lewis, Stephanie Henry-Barney, Michael Henry, Bridgette Appollonio, Glenwood Hughes, William Mitchell and Tekisha Mitchell; her sister Vada Mayo; and her close friend Ron Smoot. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
