He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howard and Mary Elizabeth Hutchinson Howard; and his siblings, Charles, James Howard, Margaret Boling, Dorothy Gordon and Marianna Morgan.
He is survived by: his siblings, William Howard (Jackie) of Bidwell, Clarence Howard (Judy) of Dayton and Hazel Young (Frank) of Dayton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great nephews.
