He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Donthnier (Tom) and Sharon Kay Crawford (Mark); his granddaughters, Jenny Foley (Dave) and Melanie Tice (Greg); and his great grandchildren, Destiny Gurley, Layla Tice, Trinity Tice, Jennifer Foley, Christian Foley and Noah Foley.
