He is survived by: his wife Mary Brown Bays of Bidwell; his daughters, Lisa Theiss (Bill) of Gallipolis and Tammy Lewis (Benjie) of Westerville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith (Will), Garrett Theiss (Tori), Jonah Lewis, Jayden Lewis and Dawson Lewis; his great grandchildren, Sadie Smith and Calvin Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Brenda Purvis, Kimberly Blackburn, David Strait, Daniel Bays, Bill Bays and John Bays.
