He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Edward and Mary Elizabeth Kemper (Gooldin); and his grandson Rowdy White. He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Kemper of Bidwell, Ohio and Sheryl Kemper of Bidwell, Ohio; his grandchildren, Amanda Harder of Bidwell, Ohio, Chanel of Bidwell, Ohio and Madison Kemper of Bidwell, Ohio; his siblings, Joan Kemper and Ray Kemper (Carole); and his sister-in-law Dortha Ross.
In accordance with CDC Guidelines and Pandemic Regulations, social distancing must be observed, and facial coverings are required to be worn for all services.
