With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Blane Hayes of Bidwell, Ohio, who passed away on May 2, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Harold Blane farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Harold Blane is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Hayes and Georgia Hayes (Neal) of Bidwell; and his siblings, Paul Hayes (Loretta), Phyllis Caldwell (Bart) and Esther Thompson (Red).

He is survived by: his wife Frances; his sons, David M. Hayes of Gallipolis and Chris Hayes (Corrine) of Apple Valley, California; and his grandsons, Joshua Hayes (Renee) of Chandler and Dylan Hayes of Gallipolis. He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews.
