He was predeceased by: his parents, Griff Clifton Cook Sr. and Edna; and his sisters, Donita Simms and Bonnie Carter. He is survived by: his wife Pamala Cook of Bidwell; his sister Peggy Bunsold of Marysville, OH; his daughters, Annie Miller (Scott) of Virginia Beach, VA and Kris Mays (Mike) of Urbana, OH; and his grandchildren, Katie Miller Sanders (Garrett), Ashlee Miller Upp (Justin), Corey Mays (Casey) and Nathan Mays (Alexandra). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
