He was predeceased by: his parents, George I. Rorrer and Lucille Rorrer (Wells). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Rorrer (Sturgeon) of Bidwell; his children, Robert H. Rorrer of Jiaojiang, Gary P. Rorrer of Waianae, Hawaii and Leah R. Wheeler of Gallipolis, OH; his grandchildren, Samantha Townsend, Bryan Townsend and Savannah Wheeler; and his sister Alice Hopson (Don). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
