She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Hartman of Bidwell; her granddaughter Destiny Hartman; and her siblings, Barbara Bleigh of Virginia, Jennifer Ruble of Belpre, Susan Mellott of West Virginia, Sandra Richards of Bellville, Ronald Pratt of Parkersburg, WV., Douglas Pratt of Ravenswood, WV. and Mickey Pratt of West Virgina. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
