He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Whaley and Kathleen Fisher Whaley; and his sister Lisa Tawney. He is survived by: his siblings, Kim Painter (Brad), Karen Carter (Don), Chris Whaley (Kathy), Jeff Whaley (Missy) and Rick Whaley (Tara); and his close friend Lee Ann Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
