He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard H. Butcher and Delcie Butcher (Kibbe); and his stepmother Wanda Butcher (Ridenour). He is survived by: his significant other Kathy; his children, Ryan Butcher (Tiffany Ann) and Tiffany (Tyler); his grandchildren, Jackson Duncan, Lydia Butcher, Brooke Butcher, Lincoln Duncan, McKinley Duncan and Aubrey Butcher; and his sisters, Kandy Nuce (John) of Gallipolis and Linda Betz (Mike) of Belpre. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
