She is survived by: her husband Jack Adams; her children, Jodi Sickels (Daniel), Tandra Adams (Ann Forbes) and Aaron Adams (Katie); her grandchildren, Cassidy Sickels of Gallipolis, Adam Sickels of Gallipolis, Chase Adams of Lexington and Nola Adams of Lexington; her sister Donna Broyles; and her pet Deucey.
