It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Forth of Bidwell, Ohio, born in Corinth, Mississippi, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Timmons and Freddie Irene Timmons; her husband Michael Frank Forth; her sons, Mike Botelho and Larry Forth; and her siblings, Carissa Hughes and Dennis Priddy.
She is survived by: her children, James Botelho, Joseph Botelho (Chandra) and Stephanie Ward (Steve); her siblings, Eileen King and Dalton Priddy; and her friends, Judy O'Dell (Jon Dickey) of Gallipolis, Angel Harrop (Zechariah Harris) of Gallipolis, Gary of Gallipolis, Briana Mitchell of Gallipolis, Barbie Miller of Gallipolis and Dawn Caldwell of Gallipolis.
