She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Boyce and Goldie Carpenter Boyce; her husband James Doe Gower; her siblings, Willard Boyce, George Travis, Norman Boyce, Ervin Boyce, Amos Boyce, Robert Boyce, Ruby Satterfield, Lauraine Liller, Audrey May Boyce, Pearl Boyce and Edith Adams; and her daughter-in-law Beatrice Gower.
She is survived by: her sister Anna Lee Estel of Fairmont; her children, James "Jimmy" Gower Jr. of Fairmont, Gerald "Jerry" Gower (Debra) of Fairmont and Delilah "Amber" Ferris (Frank) of Proctorville, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Brandi Bellville (Bryan), Brandon Hamilton, Alisha Quickle (Jesse Cunningham), Ashley Wilson, Jacob Gower (Breanna), Amy Gower and Dani Bingamon. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
