He is survived by: his wife DeDee Olson Huguley; his children, William Huguley of Beverly, OH and Stephanie Elliott of Lower Salem, OH; and his siblings, Russel Huguley of Florida and Rebecca Herndon of Colerain, OH.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
