He is survived by: his children, Shane Hart (Amy) of Groveport, Ryan Hart (Deserae) of Johnstown, Ohio and Courtney Loudermilk (Drake) of Wheeling, WV; his siblings, Victor Hart of Los Angeles, Cal., Connie Huck (Neil) of Waterford, Carmine Whitley (James) of Clayton, NC. and Twila Duskey (David) of Beverly; and his sister-in-law Donetta Hart of Chandlersville, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
