He is survived by: his wife Beverly Mikolajczyk; his children, Ken Mikolajczyk, Bob Mikolajczyk (Amy) and Sandy Hall (Jim Bishop); his grandchildren, Logan, Laine, Luke, Olivia and Avery; and his sister Joyce Lorenz.
