He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Guy Vaughn and Lena Vaughn (Jewell); his brother Jerry Vaughn; and his son James Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Margie Vaughn of Beverly; his sister-in-law Julia Vaughn; his brothers, Leon Vaughn (Carol) and Denny Vaughn (Dixie); his nieces and nephews, Jane Canaday (Vaughn), Laurie Herron (Vaughn), Lisa Haycook (Vaughn), Jaclyn Carnegie, Bridget Spradlin, Trillian Vaughn, Aaron Vaughn, Ryan Vaughn and Paul Lesigonich; and his pet Daisy.
