He was predeceased by: his parents, Reeford D. Kitts and Mary E. Akers Kitts; and his grandparents, Hugh, Beatrice Kitts, John and Ruth Akers.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Flesher Kitts; his children, Michael Tullius (Ella), Mark Tullius (Robyn), Donald (Kitts, Jr.), Dawn Renee Kitts and Shelly Marie Kitts; and his siblings, John H. Kitts (Jan) and Susie Denton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
No visitation or service will be held at this time due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
