She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Herlan and Gladys Herlan; and her sister Louise Ann. She is survived by: her husband Robert Leeper (Bob); her children, Julee Lewis (Kevin) of Newton Falls, Ann Knight (Dwain) of St. Clairsville and Frank Leeper (Stacy) of Hebron, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Christopher Drake (Annie) of Bethesda, Bobby Leeper (Ashleigh) of Kettering and Alexandria Leeper of Granville, Ohio.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
