It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Lou Wilder of Beverly, Ohio, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luther and Pauline Louise Weaver Carney; and her children, Frank Houston Wilder and Sherrie Wilder. She is survived by: her boyfriend Clarence "Snoop" Foreman; her great grandchildren, Patrick and Garrett Bogdanowicz; and her siblings, Gloria J. Carney Marks, Carolyn Carney, Denver, Larry and James, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
