He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Neil Miller and Bernice Miller (Gearhart); his sister Pat Linder; and his brother-in-law Richard Linder. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Miller of Bettsville; his stepsons, Derick Rau and Jason Rau; and his sisters, Marilyn Strecker and Sandra Routzahn (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or to the funeral home.
