He was predeceased by: his siblings, Don, Donna and Mary Lou. He is survived by: his significant other Marsha; his daughters, Amy Simons (Michael) and Jodi Falknor (Susan Hatch); his grandsons, Kevin Cornett and Nick Simons; and his sister Doris Huebschman. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name to the Mary Jo Cropper Family Center for Breast Care or the Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA.
