She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bullock and Alice Bullock (McClellan); her sister Elizabeth; and her children, Laura Phanthavong and Norman Lee.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard C. Cole; her spouse Merrill Samuel Keiser Jr.; her children, Susan Frazier of Findlay and Mark Cole (Cindie) of Lindsey; and her grandchildren, Jason Rapp, Betsy Helmke (Scott), Richard Rusch, Cassie Kisser (Jeremy), Jacob Cole and Luke Cole. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Memorial donations in Polly's name may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, Lindsey.
