He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stubbs and Marie Stubbs (Winland); his former wife Linda Lou Stubbs; his daughter Lori Ann Stubbs; and his sisters, Betty White, Cindy Kitlak, Pauline DeMartin and Bonnie Winner.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Stubbs of Bethesda; his children, Paul Stubbs (Hope) of Belmont, Eric Stubbs of Belmont, James Blake (Jennifer) of Washington and Julie Wharton (Robert) of Belmont; his grandchildren, Paul Stubbs, Jr. (Meredith), Savannah, Nate, Shayla, Mattie Stubbs and Jesse Blake; his great grandchild Liam Stubbs; his sister Patsy Stubbs; and his pet Morris.
